Refund Policy


1. Overview

We are committed to maintaining transparent billing practices and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains how and when refunds may be issued for subscriptions purchased through our platform. By subscribing to any of our plans, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth below.


2. Free Trial Period

From time to time, we may offer a free trial period that allows new users to experience our service before starting a paid subscription.

  • Availability: The free trial may or may not be included with every subscription offer. Each offer will clearly state whether a free trial is available and its duration.
  • Activation: When a free trial is offered, it begins immediately upon successful registration.
  • Billing Transition: No charges are made during the free trial period. At the conclusion of the trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless canceled before the end of the trial.
  • Cancellation: To avoid charges, you must cancel prior to the expiration of the trial period. Once the trial has ended and billing begins, standard refund rules apply.

If no free trial is included in a specific offer, billing begins immediately upon subscription activation in accordance with the chosen plan.


3. Paid Subscription Charges

When a subscription transitions to or begins as a paid plan:

  • Recurring billing occurs according to the plan you selected (e.g., daily, monthly, quarterly, or annually).
  • Each billing cycle is charged in advance for access to the service.

We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle, except as required by applicable law or as outlined in Section 4 below.


4. Eligibility for Refunds

We aim to maintain fair and transparent refund practices that balance customer satisfaction with responsible billing.

You are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge if you change your mind about your subscription, provided that:

  • You have not materially used the service during that period, and
  • Your request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.

This right of withdrawal applies whether the subscription started immediately or followed a free trial.

In addition, refunds may be granted at our discretion under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Charges: If your account was charged more than once for the same billing period.
  2. Service Failure: If the service was materially unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a technical fault on our part.
  3. Billing Error During Free Trial: If you were charged during a free trial period that was intended to be free.
  4. Regulatory or Card Network Compliance: If required under applicable consumer protection laws or credit card network rules (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Refunds are not typically issued for:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the charge;
  • Failure to cancel before automatic renewal;
  • Inability or failure to use the service after activation;
  • Suspension or termination for breach of our Terms of Use.

All refund requests are reviewed in good faith and evaluated fairly.


5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge by emailing info.ca@mobilesupport.me and include:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • A brief explanation of your request

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.


6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unnecessary chargebacks delay resolution and may result in account suspension pending investigation. We cooperate with all card issuers and follow Visa, Mastercard, and American Express dispute resolution protocols in full compliance with their operating standards.


7. Legal Compliance and Fair Practice

This policy complies with:

  • Visa Core Rules and Mastercard Chargeback Management Guidelines;
  • FTC guidelines on unfair or deceptive acts or practices (Section 5, FTC Act);
  • Applicable consumer protection and e-commerce regulations in our operating jurisdictions.

Our refund framework is designed to ensure transparency, prevent disputes, and maintain full compliance with card network expectations.
